How much do portable toilets cost to rent?
Pricing depends on the unit type, rental length, service frequency, and delivery distance. Call 402-844-1321 for a free quote tailored to your project.
How many portable toilets do I need?
A general rule is one unit per 50 guests for a four-hour event, with additional units for alcohol service, longer events, or larger crowds. See our event count guide for details.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes. We offer weekend delivery and pickup for events. Book two to four weeks in advance for peak season weekends.
Are your units cleaned between rentals?
Absolutely. Every unit is pressure-washed, deodorized, and restocked with quality supplies between every rental.
Do you offer ADA-compliant units?
Yes. We stock ADA-compliant portable restrooms that meet all accessibility requirements for events and construction sites.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. Contact us any time to extend—most rentals can be extended with a quick phone call.
What is included in service?
Standard weekly service includes pump-out, cleaning, deodorizing, and restocking of toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
Do you handle emergency rentals?

Pricing
What is included in a standard rental price?
A standard rental includes delivery, setup, one weekly service (pump-out, cleaning, deodorizing, restocking of toilet paper and hand sanitizer), and pickup at the end of the rental term.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We quote a transparent price that covers delivery, service, and pickup within our standard service area. Any add-ons—extra servicing, additional supplies, or extended distances—are disclosed upfront in writing.
Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?
Yes. Rentals of 30 days or longer typically qualify for reduced monthly rates. Call us with your project timeline and we'll structure the best pricing available.
Is a deposit required?
For most short-term events a card on file is sufficient. Large multi-unit orders and luxury trailer bookings may require a refundable deposit at the time of reservation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and business checks. Invoicing is available for construction accounts and repeat commercial customers.
Delivery
How much advance notice do you need for delivery?
For weekday deliveries in the Omaha metro, 48 hours is usually sufficient. Weekend and peak-season events should be booked two to four weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.
Can you deliver to remote or hard-to-reach locations?
Yes. Our trucks reach rural sites, muddy job sites, private acreages, and job locations without paved access. Let us know the terrain in advance so we can send the appropriate vehicle.
What time will my units be delivered?
We provide a delivery window the day before, and drivers text on their way. For events, we deliver the day before the event unless a specific time is required.
Do I need to be on site for delivery or pickup?
No. As long as we have clear placement instructions and the location is accessible, our drivers can complete delivery and pickup unattended.
How much space is needed to place a portable toilet?
A standard unit needs roughly a 4-foot by 4-foot footprint on level ground with at least 7 feet of overhead clearance. Luxury trailers require more space—we'll help you plan.
ADA
What makes a portable toilet ADA-compliant?
ADA-compliant units feature a wider footprint, ground-level entry with no step, interior handrails, and enough turning space inside for a standard wheelchair. Our units meet the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design.
How many ADA units does my event need?
Federal guidance recommends at least one ADA-accessible unit for every 20 standard units, and any event open to the public should include at least one ADA unit regardless of size.
Do ADA units cost more?
ADA units are slightly more expensive because they're larger and less common in our fleet, but the increase is usually modest. Ask for a quote that includes ADA options and we'll show you the difference.
Cleaning
How often are units serviced during a rental?
Standard service is once per week. High-traffic construction sites and multi-day events often benefit from twice-weekly or daily service, which we're happy to schedule.
What does a service visit include?
Every service visit pumps waste, refills fresh water and deodorizer, replaces toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and wipes down interior surfaces.
How do you handle odor control?
We use commercial-grade biodegradable deodorizers, vented tanks, and quality seals. In hot weather we can increase service frequency to keep units fresh.
Luxury Trailers
What is a luxury restroom trailer?
A luxury restroom trailer is a climate-controlled, flushing-toilet unit with real sinks, mirrors, lighting, and finished interiors. It looks and feels like an indoor restroom and is ideal for weddings and upscale events.
Do luxury trailers require power and water?
Yes. Most trailers need a standard 110V outlet and a garden-hose water connection. If your venue lacks either, we can supply a quiet generator and a fresh water tank.
Can luxury trailers be used in winter?
Yes. Our trailers are heated and insulated for cold-weather use. We'll confirm your placement, power, and freeze-protection needs before delivery.
Events
What is your recommendation for alcohol-served events?
Add roughly 15–20% more units when alcohol is served, since guests use restrooms more frequently. We can walk you through counts based on guest total, event length, and drink service.
Do you provide handwashing stations?
Yes. We offer both foot-pump handwashing stations and hand-sanitizer dispensers. Health authorities recommend one handwashing station for every 10 portable toilets.
Construction
Do you handle OSHA-compliant restroom requirements?
Yes. OSHA requires one toilet per 20 workers on job sites. We help contractors calculate unit counts and provide compliance documentation on request.
Can you invoice through our company account?
Absolutely. We work with dozens of local general contractors on net-30 terms and can align invoicing to your project codes, POs, or AIA billing cycles.
Weather
What happens if there's severe weather during my event?
We anchor units when high wind is forecast and can reposition trailers if lightning is a concern. Call us if forecasts change—we monitor weather closely for outdoor events.
General
Are your units environmentally friendly?
Yes. Waste is transported to licensed treatment facilities, our deodorizers are biodegradable, and portable restrooms use roughly 90% less water than a permanent flushing toilet.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and large events, 4–8 weeks in advance is ideal. Construction and standard rentals typically only need a few business days of lead time.
Can I move a portable toilet myself after it's placed?
Please don't. Moving a unit can damage the tank seals, spill waste, and void your rental agreement. Call us and we'll relocate it at no charge if a repositioning is needed.
